Conformance with this standard does not guarantee compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements which may apply.

For the sequence 0101, the deviation shall be between 70% and 110% of the nominal deviation. For the sequence 00001111, the deviation shall be between 80% and 130% of the nominal deviation. Section 1 referencing 802.15.1 / Bluetooth of Document #10- 0331-04 –Recommend that Mod index tolerance be defined as: –Tolerance = ±(20*h +10) %
