INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
The inventory management system averages actual usage of all customer part numbers and calculates replenishment quantities based on individual supplier lead times. Our standard practice for stocking items is to inventory a 2-3 month supply in-house.

The Sigma F2L Cube is a machine designed specifically by SSNA Packaging Engineers to test the integrity of all Stretch Films with data driven results to improve film performance. Our Cube offers some of the latest technology available to demonstrate how high performance films are capable of delivering much better containment numbers than most conventional films as well as superior waste reduction. 
SSNA’s team makes a commitment to bring you the tools you need to ensure you are using the best films for your application with minimal waste at a higher cost savings. 
We offer live demonstrations of the F2L Cube at our customer’s facilities using their in house equipment and stretch film to show how true cost reduction and savings can be achieved without the sacrifice of load integrity.

A high degree of automation causes high production speeds. The capacity of the bottling system is always increasing and the extruder is always getting faster. This is aggravating for the company. The company's own productivity is thwarted by a single element of the value chain: the inkjet printer.
The advantages of the JET Rapid printer lie primarily in its extremely fast print speeds as well as in the printer's one-of-a-kind ability to print clearly legible characters on different surfaces and materials without contact, even at high production speeds.
