Log onto

Select “Portal”

Select “iC.A.R.E. Mentors”

5. Step 4
Enter your address and password and click “Login”

6. Step 5
Under “The Important Stuff”, select “Mentor Report”

7. Step 6
Enter your session’s information. Once sessions’s information has been entered, click “Submit”

8. Final notes….
Please do this each week after your session with your mentee. The information is important for us to see how well your mentee has progressed over the school year.
To gain access to our Mentor Toolkit, following steps 1 through 5. Once you are at the “The Important Stuff”, select “Mentor Resources”, be sure to click Mentor Toolkit twice.
This Mentor Toolkit is a great guide for your weekly visits, acvitivies and hints for mentoring your students. Please refer to this toolkit often.
