1 Add a student to an activity
Some students will arrive in class later than expected or have transferred courses etc. These instructions are for tutors who need to add these students to an activity so that they can play. How to….. Add a student to an activity

2 Log in as the coordinator
Please use your coordinator user name and password to log into SimVenture Evolution.

3 Control Tower 1 When logged in as the COORDINATOR. You will see the control tower which will show the LATEST ACTIVITIES for your module (the activities on the slide are examples only). 2 Click onto the activity you want to allocate teams to. The activity name shown here will look different on your Control Tower – this is simply an example only .

4 2 You will land on a page that looks like the one of the slide on the left of the page. 2 Click on the TEAM tab

5 Teams page 1 On the LEFT hand side you will see a list of participants. CLICK the participant’s user name you want to add to an activity in the white box. 2 On the RIGHT HAND SIDE in the TEAMS section. Scroll the page to find a spare game which does not have a team member assigned to it and click in the white box. In this examples the games appear at the top of the screen. So now you’ll have a tick on the left hand side and a tick on the right hand side. 3 Now click the ARROW in the middle which faces to the right. CLICK. This will move the participant from the left to the right and that means means they will now be part of the activity. Coordinators will need to do this for all the participants. Note: If your students cannot see an activity when they log in it’s either because they haven’t registered for a licence or the coordinator hasn’t completed this step in the process.
