The horizontal line inside the box is the median value (50% of ratings have values within the box) the box ends represent values that are 25% are greater and 25% are less than the values within the box. The upper whisker is largest observed value that is not an outlier, and the lower whisker is the smallest observed value that is not an outlier. No outliers were detected.
