The horizontal line inside each box indicates the median, the box edges show the interquartile range (IQR), and the whiskers represent the largest and smallest values that are not outliers or extremes. The dots represent outliers >1.5 times the IQR from the first or third quartile, and the asterisks represent values >3 times the IQR. The reference line is set at 50, the general population mean score. The P values from Wilcoxon signed rank test are in boxes and represent scores after treatment compared with scores before treatment.
