3. General Objective:
At the end of the 3-day training program, participants will be able to enhance their capacities to provide preliminary assessment and initial intervention for community based management of illegal substance user/dependence and their families in the Province of Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte and assist the Service Providers to develop an initial plan for the surrenderers/substance dependence/user.
