6. Way Forward
Gilgit-Baltistan should take a lead to formulate an integrated and multi-sectorial conception to 8 years ECD policy extending beyond classroom settings
Promote contextual researches on Early Childhood Development for policy frameworks and guidance
A strong coordination mechanism between community, public and private sector is needed
Community-led models could be a cost-effective solution to ensure access to Early Childhood Development in the remote regions whereas, social entrepreneurship can be practiced in urban & semi-urban contexts
Rupani Foundation can share its' practical knowledge and experiences specifically on conception-3 years ECD interventions
