The overall ratio of males to females in the organization remains fairly consistent except we have had an increased percentage of females over the last year.
The number of all minorities is close in comparison to the Springfield Census except in the Latino population.  
Employees over 40 have remained consistent over the last year. As stated last year, this will have implications for the District’s work force in the near future with more people retiring and becoming retirement eligible.
