Rotary Club of Kamloops Aurora 100, The Future of Rotary is in Your Hands Applies to both the larger organization and definitely to our club. Already June, new Exec in two weeks

Finish Kenna Cartwright project, and Initiate signage involving Interact

7 Plan and Participate in Fall and Spring Food drives
Food Bank Drive has been good to get the Club together and great for Rotary PR

8 Plan and Participate in Rotary Race for water, including school presentations

9 Fall and Spring Adopt a Road

10 Other Community Projects
Support local ad hoc projects. Ensure club buy-in and communicate These are the actions submitted with the Plan, as developed in February

25 Fundraising At this time we have 3 main fundraisers
MegaHockeyPool and Rocktoberfest committees need to be actively planning in June for September projects Participation in Golf Tournament by Aurora has been good with Steve, Tom, Murray and Eric leading this year Concentrate on making existing fundraisers successful before expanding

27 Administration Administration chair to work with Speaker chair, Sergeant at Arms, and Secretary to ensure that meetings are effective, fun and educational

28 Ensure that the committee structure is maintained with effective and regular reporting to the club at Assemblies and in Bulletins
