Don’t forget to read & sign page 3

9. Signed Grant Agreement
Option 1:
Print the full document after filling in
Sign manually
Scan the full document
Option 2:
Sign by scanning/making a picture of your signature

10. Hand-in instructions Grant Agreement
Make sure you hand in the full documents (ALL pages)
We need to see what you signed!

15. Changed Learning Agreement
If you make any changes during your exchange period you have to hand in a Changed Learning Agreement (see page 4 and 5)
Please note: if your exchange period exceeds 6 days or more, than mentioned on your Grant Agreement, you need to ask for extension. Please contact your exchange coordinator & the exchange administrators

16. OLS Language test – Compulsory before & after exchange
Optional: language course (in preferred language if level of test is high enough)
You receive information after handing in Grant Agreement

17. Summary Erasmus.studentexchange@wur.nl Hand in your Grant Agreement
Before June 1st
Hand in your Learning Agreement as soon as possible
Don’t forget to hand in your OLS test

18. Upon return
Erasmus exchange: hand in the following forms at Exchange Office: -‘Statement Receiving Institution’ -‘Transcript of Records’ from receiving institution -‘Academic Recognition Form’ from Wageningen University
