20 ft x 2 in diam pipe, 200 T-L/s ion pumps, bellows, ion guages,
8 keV operation possible during pump-down
Be windows on some isolation valves
Moveable roughing / turbo pump and leak detection stations
Spools for future tanks; tanks supplied by user (I.e. another wbs)
Protect upstream vacuum system in event of downstream vacuum failure
