Third paragraph: Tell me what your goals are for freshman year. If you have not set any goals, now would be the time to do that! I’m not just looking for what grades you want here. I want to know what you want to personally and academically work on this year in each class.
Fourth paragraph: This is the paragraph where you tell me anything else you want me to know about you. Is there a certain way you respond better to teachers in class? Is there anything going on at home I should know about? What outside forces might impact your goals for this year?

Please know that I will be the only one who reads your letter. You can share anything you wish with me in your letter that you think will help me know you better with the understanding that it will not be shared with your parents, GLC, etc. The only thing I am required to share is allegations of abuse.
