Documents stored with metadata for easy searching and automatic organization
Multiple versions of documents supported for the addition of notes or other answers

User can upload on a whim; encourage use

5. Architecture and Design
Extremely simple client/server filesharing design: Front end > Server <> Database
Develop with Microsoft C# and ASP.NET for ease of implementation given tools available
