Organization needs to have a clear vision so that it can plan for the changes . For the firm to be successful they need to have a clear plans of their objectives which will guide the workers.
For the successful organizations in the world they have customer data stored so that they know their customers very well . This will help in giving them the service they want for their satisfaction. This will create a good relationship with the customer.
Most of the firms needs to improve in their service provision step by step and this can be achieved through learning. The organization can as well be successful by changing the rules and regulations governing the firm, through this changes and adjustments the firm can be successful.
Real success in technological advance is not all about production of the same products or services but you can come up with ideas which can be used to improve the service in away that it will generate revenue.
