12. Rev 1:17-18

不要懼怕！我是首先的，我是末後的，又 是那存活的；我曾死過，現在又活了，直 活到永永遠遠；並且拿著死亡和陰間的鑰 匙。

13. Rev 20:13-14 
And the sea gave up the dead in it. And death and hell delivered up the dead in them. And each one of them was judged according to their works.  (14)  And death and hell were cast into the Lake of Fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:13-14  於是海交出其中的死人；死亡和陰間 也交出其中的死人；他們都照各人所行的受審判。 死亡和陰間也被扔在火湖裡；這火湖就是第二次的 死。

And I have the keys of hell and of death.
Death and hell were cast into the Lake of Fire.
Destruction of hades (陰間) – No more dead
Destruction of death – No one will die any more

15. 1Co 15:20-26 
But now Christ has risen from the dead, and has become the firstfruit of those who slept. (21) For since death is through man, the resurrection of the dead also is through a Man. (22) For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all will be made alive. (23) But each in his own order: Christ the first-fruit, and afterward they who are Christ's at His coming; (24) then is the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God, even the Father; when He makes to cease all rule and all authority and power. (25) for it is right for Him to reign until He has put all the enemies under His feet. (26) The last enemy made to cease is death. 因為基督必要作王，等神把一切仇敵都放在他的腳 下。 (26) 儘末了所毀滅的仇敵，就是死。

16. Paul’s Encouragement
Christ was the first to resurrect, gives proof to our future resurrections.
Adam’s sin causes death in each of us, yet Christ Jesus’ righteousness gives life to each of us who have faith in Him.
All worldly power and authority against God and His people (us) will be destroyed.
Death, our greatest enemy, shall be destroyed by Jesus!

17. Conclusion: Rev 21:4-6 
And God will wipe away all tears from their eyes. And there will be no more death, nor mourning, nor crying out, nor will there be any more pain; for the first things passed away.  (5)  And He sitting on the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And He said to me, Write, for these words are true and faithful.
