2 Description.. Front office is like the control center of a hotel and it has a very important role. It has many different positions in the office; Front office personnel, receptionist, and clerks. The is one of the first line of people customers will come in contact when entering the establishment. They are responsible for the first impression given to the customers. Their services include making reservations, checking-in, keeping records and accounting.

3 Responsiblities.. The front desk personnel are responsible to answer phone calls, make reservations or cancel them. They are responsible to have information of if they have rooms vacant on drop in customers. They are responsible to know information around the area/city they are located in to give to the customers when asked. They must have a good approachable personalities.

4 Qualification and Salary
High school Diploma or equivalent. Good interpersonal skills. They can up to $30,500 per year and with benefits.
