OTUs are ordered by decreasing relative abundance, according to the average of duplicate samples. LSUCC isolates with best blast hits to the representative sequence for a given OTU are in bold. Stars indicate OTUs with cultured representatives from other LSUCC experiments. Isolates with matching OTUs with ranks lower than 60 are detailed in Table S1 in the supplemental material.
