WESTELL 2011 Important Dates
Jan 3 (Monday) – 14 (Friday) Online Material Ordering March 21 (Monday) WESTELL materials arrive in all WV districts (except for Mon County) March 28 (Monday) Beginning of test administration April 29 (Friday) End of test administration By May 6 (Friday) All WESTELL Materials must be picked up by FedEx and returned to MI May 23 (Monday) –27 (Friday) Window to review and correct student demographic information July 1 (Friday) Assessment results delivered to district offices July 29 (Friday) Deadline to notify the ELDA helpline of any reporting errors

Instructions for Online material Orders
1/3/2011 – You will receive from Measurement Inc. with User Name and Password. If you do not receive on the morning of 1/3/2011, please let Mami Itamochi and ELDA helpline

Step 1 Logging In Open your internet browser, enter the website address (this will be sent on 1/3/2011 with your login information) , and click Go or Press Enter Enter User Name and Password, and Click Log In or Press Enter

Step 2: Pre-ID Roster

Pre ID Review Roster You do NOT order test materials if;
The quantity of the student test materials needed is equal to the quantity of pre-ID labels requested. The default number of teacher materials is acceptable Braille or large print test materials are not needed Locate the school or particular student on the roster. If changes are required or you need to add students, forward these changes via to Mami Itamochi and ELDA helpline

Step 3: Ordering Test materials
You must order test materials if; The quantity of test materials needed is greater than the number or pre-ID labels requested The default number of teacher materials is not acceptable Grade 3-12 One teacher material is provided every 6 students. K- 2 One teacher material is provided every 3 students. Braille or large print test materials are needed

Step 6: Overage Material
Overage materials are not included. If you wish to order overage materials, you will have to do; Go to Material Order Click Add New School The school number should be the district number followed by 3 zeros (for example, Berkeley county, ) School name should be “Central Office” When school receive these overage materials, they should either; Give the school one blank “Central Office” header per grade cluster and instruct the school to bubble in the school name and number on the header and place the header over the answer documents when they are returned to MI or Instruct the school to place the completed answer document under one of the pre-printed headers that was shipped to the school
