Trailer/Truck Master
Contains different types of Parties and account related ledgers. User can assign credit days and credit amount limit for making invoices.
Trailer Master Contains Our as well as Market (Out Side) Trailer Details with Trailer Type, Chassis no, Engine No, TDS Deduction details with TDS %.
User Can link driver, its diesel account and salary account. So, when diesel expense or salary entry to be done, it takes its accounting effect up to balance sheet directly.
Contract Master
Different Party wise, Trailer Type Wise Monthly as well as Monthly KM running Contract.
User can define Payment as well as Receipt Amount details with above mentioned criteria.
Extra Charge Rate Master will calculate the amount for bill against more KM running month wise.
Driver Master
Keep records of all drivers details like his address, Mobile No, License No with expiry date and it also link with its accounting ledger.

This Module mainly cater to define month wise / trailer type wise rental entry. User can define Month wise K.M. running as well as fixed rental.
If running more than the define KM, extra charges are considered in same rental bill with specifying day wise running KMs.
Trip entry keep records of income and expense part of trailer. So, user can get trailer wise trip wise profitability.
