4 What are the benefits of NJHS?
Induction into the NJHS: Demonstrates your commitment to the four essential qualities and student involvement. Identifies you to future administrators and educators as a leader in the classroom, school, and community.

5 How can I become eligible?
To become eligible you must maintain a cumulative 3.5 GPA as computed by the district. Your four semesters are from 6-7th Grade. 

6 How can I become eligible?
Once you are identified as eligible you must then meet the requirements for induction in the categories of character, service, scholarship, and leadership by completing the required writing assignment.

7 GPA Eligibility requires the 3.5 cumulative GPA as calculated by the district.  Induction requires the maintaining of the 3.0 cumulative GPA as calculated by the district. 

8 When will I know? Students who are eligible will be notified during the interim period of the 3rd nine weeks.  Students who successfully complete the requirements for induction will be notified after the end of the 3rd nine weeks.  The induction ceremony will take place near the end of the year.
