Motion to forward to WECC Board of Directors with request for approval Five-year review 1) The Purchasing-Selling Entity was replaced with a newly-created applicable entity, “Any NAESB registered Entity (NRE),”, 2) measures were conformed to current drafting conventions, 3) rationale section was updated / use of proper nouns, and 4) syntax was corrected. 100 percent approval / no minority position

3 IRO-002-5, RC Monitoring/Analysis Regional Variance
Motion to forward to WECC Board of Directors with request for approval Reliability Coordinators (RC) serving the Western Interconnection to: 1) develop a common Interconnection-wide method to determine the modeling and monitoring of elements necessary for providing operational awareness, and 2) use the method. 100 percent approval Minority positions: use a specified model / “necessary” is ambiguous

6 WECC Guideline Assignment of Drafting Teams
Motion to approve WECC Standards Committee Assignment of Drafting Teams (a WECC Guideline) Uniform treatment when multiple candidates from the same company volunteer for a single team Where multiple drafting team nominees from the same firm seek assignment to a single drafting team, that assignment is permissible; however, the represented entity has only one vote on matters presented to the drafting team for ballot. Where presented with a list of drafting team nominees proposed for assignment to a drafting team created per the Procedures, the WSC may request that the names of nominees be kept confidential until assignment has been made.
