Hootsuite organises different social media networks under one account with possibility to post at the same time ‘‘with a single click‘‘ in multiple social media. The user can operate different social networks even in one tab, schedule posts, add team members and create a working team as well as look through social media analytics. Software, that functions as a time-, ressources- and cost plan but also as a controlling tool. Gantt is displayed in the form of bar chart and contributes to project planning process. Activities are scheduled with start and finish dates , so to keep an order and track of the tasks and reduce the risk of failure.
