Your E-portfolio will include… 1. A cover slide: Include a picture or graphic 2. A table of Contents : Hypertext links to each section 3. An introduction: An overall reflection on your portfolio 4. About yourself (Resume, statement of teaching philosophy etc.) 5. Each section will have a short introduction, Evidence, and Reflection (and implications for the future teaching/learning) 6. Select your best work and convert them to gif or jpg formats. You can animate images and text, but Keep them simple and tasteful. Consistency will add professionalism. Select evidence or artifacts that align with the purpose of your portfolio and support progress toward your professional growth and goals.

6 Your portfolio will be assessed based on the followings:
Adapted from (D – Distinguished /P – Proficient / N – Novice) 1. Organization D - Highly organized. Links and completion dates on the home page make navigation effective. P - Well organized with relevant links. Navigation somewhat effective. N - Hard to navigate.

What does this example say about your learning style now and what are areas of growth in the future as you strive to improve your: performance, powers of reflection, ability to respond to challenges and setbacks and relationship with others. P - Reflection is sound, displays some evaluation of personal strengths and weaknesses to show growth N - Reflection lacks depth, superficial consideration of strengths and weaknesses to show growth

Highly personalized and unique. P - Multimedia devices are used to enhance communication. N - Little use of artifacts and multimedia devices to enhance communication.
