3 PRINTING YOUR PRICE LISTS (.xls files) 1.Once file is saved on your computers hard drive, accessing and printing the file do not require the media site; access the file and change the pricing from your computer. 2.Once you have adjusted the pricing to be printed, select print from the File menu. Next, choose Print Preview. This will allow you to view the page breaks to ensure page numbering has not been affected by the transfer from the internet to your computer. If the page numbers have moved up or down a page (i.e. page 2. is at the top of page 3), you will need to add or delete rows to correct the pagination. 3.If you need to add a row, left click on the line number at the far left edge of the spreadsheet. This will highlight the entire row. Next, select Row from the Insert menu bar (at top). This will add a row and push the page number down. To delete a row (move the page number up), select delete from the Row selection under the Insert menu. You may need to add or delete more than one row for accurate page numbering. 4.NOTE: You may want to only print a small portion of a Series price list. Simply left click and drag the cursor over the desired area to print. This will highlight the specific items you may print. From the Print selection under the File menu, select Selection. Once you click OKAY, your printer will only print the area that you highlighted.

4 PRINTING YOUR PRICE LISTS (pdf files) 1.Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer to view or print a pdf file. A free download is available through a link on the sites main page. 2.Once a file is saved on your computers hard drive, accessing and printing files does not require the media site; access the file and change the pricing from your computer. 3.Pdf files may not be changed or manipulated.
