Specification of CE marking of conformity
The CE marking of conformity may be affixed to any construction product only in a case if the attestation of conformity has been made on the basis of a transposed harmonized standard or European Technical Approval, and the product meets any and all essential requirements set out in the relevant rules of law

Specification of CE marking of conformity
In addition to attestation of conformity, supplier shall provide the product with marking of conformity
Any imported or domestic products provided lawfully with CE marking of conformity may be put on market without any limitation

The development of system of criteria being in full compliance with the European classification standard EN , EN is in progress under the management of National Emergency Response General Directorate (acting as an organization superior to fire protection organization)

obtaining Technical Approval for Construction Product according to the system effective at present
submission of an application to the National Emergency Response General Directorate for issue of a statement of equivalency (according to classification set out in EN ) according to which a notified body shall establish the conditions of application and issue the Technical Approval for Construction Product
