4 The On-Line Entry System:
Entering a contract takes less than 5 minutes. After logging in you will enter the New Customer name and phone number.

5 On the next screen you enter the VIN
On the next screen you enter the VIN. The system will pull up the all the vehicle information. On this screen you will also enter the customer’s address.

6 On the next screen you enter your customer’s down payment.

7 On the lower half of the same screen you will enter your customer’s banking information.

8 Click “Print Forms” to print the VSC and Payment Plan Agreement.
The Summary Screen allows you a final review of the vehicle and customer information. Click “Print Forms” to print the VSC and Payment Plan Agreement.

9 Have your customer sign the Vehicle Service Contract.

10 Have your customer sign the Payment Plan Agreement.

11 And You’re Done! It’s As Easy as 1-2-3
Complete the On-Line Service Contract and customer banking information. Have the Customer Sign the Service Contract and Payment Plan Agreement. Fax the 1st page of the Payment Plan Agreement and The 1st Page of the Service Contract.
