Components are injection moulded from reinforced engineering polymers for strength and corrosion resistance
Natural soil compaction and settling in of the component parts results in improved tensile strength with time

The CableGuard system was tested against a 4-wheel-drive Land Rover, an 8- ton truck, a double–diff mechanical horse and a Caterpillar 427 front end loader.
