2. Over the next five years, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the pastor and members of the Antioch Missionary Baptist covenant to enhance the worship of our Savior; expand participation in all aspects of the church, spread the gospel throughout our community, nation and world; develop Christian leaders, and improve giving to support the ministry. This Strategic plan will be disseminated to all leaders and reviewed on a quarterly basis.

4. The Worship of Our Savior
In order to enhance the worship of our Savior, we covenant to:
Consistently present dynamic, streamlined and meaningful worship on a continuous basis
Establish worship planning for all experiences at least six months in advance
Maximize the use of the latest technology
Sustain and enhance our premier music and fine arts programs
Enhance physical security, personal health and safety, as well as spirituality

5. Participation in all Aspects of the Church
In order to expand participation in all aspects of the church, we covenant to:
Increase Church Membership by 25% and maintain at least 60% of that increase by 2021
Enhance the ministry to children and youth on a continuous basis
Increase the membership of young adults, 21 to 35 years of age, by 30% and maintain 60% of that increase by 2021
Focus on Reducing the Debt on Phase I (The Sports Complex) on a continuous basis
Enhance all aspects of church administration and member services

6. The Spread of the Gospel
In order to spread the gospel throughout our community, nation, and world, we covenant to:
Improve in-reach programs for members and outreach to the community by June 2017
Make sacrificial efforts to build and maintain state-of-the-art worship facilities
Support Home and Foreign Missions
Complete the infrastructure for Phase II of the Family Life and Education Center

7. Development of Christian Leaders
In order to develop Christian leaders, we covenant to:
Increase participation in Christian education ministries by 20% by 2021
Enhance leader development programs to sustain the ministry continuously
Establish initiatives to promote and prepare for leadership transition on a continuous

8. Giving to Support the Ministry
In order to promote giving to support the ministry, we covenant to…
Provide financial support to increase giving by 25 to 50 per cent annually by 2020
Reduce unnecessary expenses without adversely affecting ministry
