2. Changes to the procedure in 2013
R&D and GBAORD quality reporting becomes mandatory from reference year 2011 onwards on biennial basis;
Quality Reports shall be transmitted T+22, after the reception of the pre-filled templates T+20;
The current "R&D and GBAORD Statistics Metadata and Quality Reports collection tool" will be replaced by Eurostat corporate tool "National Reference Metadata Editor" – NRME;
Together with the mandatory Quality Reports also standard Metadata will be collected and updated with NRME.
new procedure conserns also CIS from CIS 2012 onwards in 2014
