2. THE ALL NEW ECO DESIGN ENGINE Features & Benefits:
The Crankcase & Cylinder Head are manufactured using a special aging treatment. This ensures higher and more stable/consistent output of the engine.
Without this new aging treatment the oil temperature can rise to reach ℃ With the new aging treatment the oil temperature will not exceed 130℃. The lower the oil temperature the better the performance output of the engine.
The Crankshaft is manufactured and designed using a unique fillet hardening process improving the strength, hardness and abrasion resistance which vastly prolongs the engine life span by more than 500hrs.

3. THE ALL NEW ECO DESIGN ENGINE
Features & Benefits:
The Oil Seal is manufactured using FLUORO- RUBBER. This material has a far higher temperature and oil resistance than the more commonly used ACRYLIC- ESTER material.
A FLOURO-RUBBER Oil Seal can effectively work for long periods of time at temperatures between 250℃ and 300 ℃ whilst an ACRYLICESTER Oil Seal can only work at temperatures below 150℃. Engine temperatures exceeding this will result in the Oil Seal perishing.
All the Gaskets used on the engine are Non-Asbestos and enviromentally friendly.

An improved and stronger design Recoil Starter. A thicker and stronger rope is used to prevent breaking or snapping.
An improved design impeller is used. This new design increases the air flow therefor improving the cooling process which enhances the performance.
