1 Pre-production How has your research and planning helped you develop your final project?

2 Who was in my group? Malvina Baja Yanaslavia Ecce Maria

3 Things we had to do? Call sheets Story boards Permissions Shot list
Timeline Production times Location Reece Risk assessment

4 How pre-production helped?
Pre-production helped us plan out what we wanted to do for our film it gave us a plan and clear view of what scenes we had to shoot and where we had to shot them with what kind of camera angle this was from the story board which was very helpful because it made it less confusing and we were more organized on the days of filming also, it formed an idea of how our film was going to look and if we didn’t like it we would then change it instead of realising it wasn’t a good idea when filming and having no time to change it. Our planning of locations was a bit hard because it was hard to find places which we thought would let us film we should have had back up location plans just in case a location wasn’t available to film. Planning who we wanted to have as actors for our film was quite hard because we had to be specific with the people we wanted in out film and it was difficult find people who would give up their free period to film with us.

5 The permission slips where very helpful for us when getting permission to film in different locations such as cafes because then we didn’t have to worry about what places would let us film. The shot list helped us space out each shot and decide how long each shot needed to be this then helped us see how long our film was going to be and if it was too long then we would have to either cut a scene our or we would have to make each scene a little shorter.

6 The risk assessment helped us figure out what kind of things we had to look out for and what kind of things we would try and avoid also, if anything does happen that we listed in our risk assessment we would have a clear idea of what to do and who to then tell if something where to happen. The location reece was where we decided what parts of places we where going to use in our film instead of just using anywhere on the days of filming. The call sheet helped me organize all of my production such as times, locations and the people we are using etc.. This was a useful way of planning out who and where and what time we was going to shoot each scene and place what scene with which character and at what time.
