2. Hello Everyone!
My name is Lin.
I live in a little village called Greatly Green and I am crazy about growing things.
I belong to a gardening group called “The Greatly Green Growers”

4. We have been challenged to a growing competition by our rival village, Croppingwell.
The trouble is, Croppingwell beat us at everything! It doesn’t matter whether it is football, cricket or even the quiz league. Their village team is always better than ours. It’s become a bit of a joke to them – they now call us “Not Greatly Green” which makes us feel sad.
You can imagine how important to us it is that we beat them in the growing competition!

5. The competition will be to see which village can grow the biggest, tallest, heaviest and healthiest food and flowers.
This is where we are going to need your help!
We have heard that you are amazing at science so we were wondering if you could do some scientific research.

6. Please can you use your scientific skills to help us win the competition?
We need to wipe the smiles off the faces of the smug Croppingwell growers!
