Password: admin Click on Login To go to Start Page Note: If the User has Forgotten His / Her Password for login purpose one can reset the password by clicking on Forget Password Button. Done...!!

Top right Corner before Logout shows who has logged in. Admin has access to all items in the menu which is appearing on the top strip. If you wish, click on each one to explore. The page you are on is displayed on the left hand corner. Done...!!

5 Done...!! Please click on Manage for creating Masters
Click Here Click on Customer for Customer’s Master. Done...!!

6 Done...!! Click on +New Customer to create new Customer
Click here Fill in the required details And Click on Save Button Max Solution Mumbai Note: Use this option for creating all customer masters. Avoid duplication of names as deletion of name is not possible however editing is possible 27MAHCYYYYY1234C YYYYY1234C Maharashtra Done...!!

7 One can view the Customer Masters by clicking on
Manage Customers For modifying Customer Master click on the Name of the Customer

8 Done...!! Let’s create Designation before creating Employees Master
Click Here Click on Designation for Designation’s Master. Done...!!

9 Click on +New Designation which is a part of Employee’s Masters
Click here Fill in the required details And Click on Create Button Jr. Manager 8.00 7.00 Note: Any employee who Does not submit Log Details for min. log time for any day before 12 midnight, will appear in defaulter’s list. Done...!!

10 One can view the Designation Masters by clicking on
Manage Designation For modifying Designation Master click on the Edit option

11 Lets First Create Employee Masters before Creation of Departments
Click on Manage then Employees for Employee’s Master. Click Here Note: a) Username ( i.e. Login ID) should be unique for each user. b) Admin should provide passwords to each employee . He has right to change the password but cannot view the passwords hence to be noted while creating employee. c) Provided format maybe referred to for calculation of cost rates & billing rates(The methodology suggested is being followed by many. User can adopt his own methodology) d) address field is mandatory as it can be used for resetting the password Done...!!

13 Done...!! Click on +New Employee to create new Employee
Fill all the Fields required And Click on Save Button Click Here Chintan Chintan Shah ****** NOTE 1: Tick () on “Make the user active” box, allows the user to record his time. 1000 5000 NOTE 2: If you wish to exclude the employee from Defaulter’s list, just tick () the box next to “Exclude from reports” Save Done...!!

15 Click Here Click on Manage then Departments for Department’s Master. NOTE: Organization should have atleast one department Done...!!

16 Done...!! Click on +New Department to create Department Masters
Click here Enter Department Name and assign a Department Head And Admin from the dropdown box to a Department And Click on Save Button NOTE: One can select Multiple department admins from the dropdown box to a Department Save Done...!!

17 One can view the Department Masters by clicking on
Manage Department For modifying Department Master click on the Edit Option.

18 Click on Manage then Job Templates for creating Job Templates.
Click Here NOTE: This aspect can be taken up after full understanding of concepts of project and estimates covered in chapter IV part one. Done...!!

19 Done...!! Click on +New Job Template for creating new Job Template.
Click Here Enter Job Name & select Department for which Job Template is to be created XYZ Click Here Enter Task Names related to that Job Template AB Click Here CD Click on +Add More Task to add more tasks related to that Job Template. EF Click Here Click on Save Button Click Here Done...!!
