2. Maintenance at NTS / LDZ Offtakes
Information on maintenance impacting the NTS / LDZ Offtakes is shared between NTS and the DNs as per:
Section G of the Offtake Arrangement document
Safe Control or Operations Interface Procedures
Permitry and Safe Control of Operation processes
According to the above, information sharing begins up to 30 months before the work takes place
However, resulting flow / capacity swaps are only confirmed under Paragraph 2.4 of Section I of the OAD, which happens after initial OPNs have been provided at D-1

3. Proposal
It should be possible to approve flow / capacity swaps in line with maintenance planning timescales e.g. as part of the NRO
It should be possible for flow / capacity swaps to be requested by NTS or the DN for a given start and end date (gasdays) in line with the planned work
