2 MoversSuite AR Credit & Collections

3 6 Basic Points For Collections
Who is past due? Who do I contact to get paid? What specifically is past due? How do I get past due information to the customer? How do I record collection efforts? Supporting information for collections.

4 Alerts – Who is Past due? At a glance, the Alerts section will tell you how many customers are past due, how past due they are, if activity has been entered on the customer and the last activity date.

5 Contacts – Who do I contact to get paid?
Collectors can enter their specific contact information in the contact section.

6 Contacts – Continued Customer Settings – Add/Edit

7 AR Detail – What specifically is past due
The AR Detail section displays the Invoices past due as well as the individual documents. This can be customized to show only those items that pertain to the Alert selected by clicking Filter AR Detail.

8 Email Invoices - How do I get past due information to the customer?
Past due invoices can easily be ed by right clicking the mouse in the AR Detail or by right clicking the mouse in the Contact section.

9 Email Invoices - Continued
Either option will display the invoices through the Report Viewer. The user can then select the invoices and click the Outlook icon to the invoices.

10 Activity - How do I record collection efforts?
To record collection efforts, the user would click the Log Activity button and complete the information.

11 Tasks – Support Information (a)
Tasks are designed to be more of reminders versus the traditional definition of Tasks in MoversSuite. These tasks do not display in the Tasks Module. They can automatically be created when Activity is logged or by clicking the Add Task Button.

12 Notes – Support Information (b)
The notes tab will display all notes that are on the Order. Notes can also be added by clicking Add Note. These notes will display throughout the MoversSuite Application.

13 Customization – Support Information (c)
To maximize the effectiveness of the module, the user can customize each section to display information that is most pertinent to them.

14 Dynamics GP Order Inquiry – Support Information (d)
The Dynamics GP Order Inquiry compliments the ARC module when a user would like to see all information related to an order.

15 Invoicing – Support Information (e)
Depending how invoicing is done, you may want to consider a possible change with your Invoice Creating Procedure. To avoid confusion for the collector, when creating an invoice to the customer, the item codes entered through Revenue Entry should be included on the invoice. If they are not, this is an example of what the collector would see in the ARC Module.

16 Document Management – Support Information (e)
If you are using Document Management, the collector can attach their collection documents. In addition, they will be able to see all documents related to an order through the Document Viewer.

17 Thank you for attending the AR Collections Session
