Operation
Pressure, created by pumping power fluids (usually heated diesel) down annulus of Coiled Tubing (CT) & Pipeline, acts on the cross sectional area of cups creating thrust. Thrust pulls the CT into the pipeline beyond the limits of coiled tubing alone.

CT, without eelReel, struggles to reach ft of distance before buckling.

2. Fluids and Debris return via the coiled tubing string
Operation
Power fluid is diverted through ports inside tool and exits via jets in front of tool creating washing action.
