All animals are moved to IVC cages in a single or two rooms. 44
Animals are killed at the latest on 12 November unless there is an agreement that the animals can continue 45 46
Monday 15 November: Antibiotic treatment starts and continues for the next 2 weeks. Both mice and rats are treated.
November: Cleaning of empty rooms (if possible before, even better). 47
Wednesday 24 November: All animals are moved to clean cages and clean rooms.
Friday 26 November last day of treatment. 48
29 November. Normal activity resumed. Stop for autoclaving out.
