To stick to the agreement achieved in Kobe and the approach defined in Kobe
To move forward towards a common reduction value in Energy consumption
To not include the guiding value in the Policy Paper, but to communicate the guiding value
15% reduction to SEMI on an informal basis.
To simplify the Policy Paper further where proposed
The group works to find an appropriate reduction value latest in the Shanghai Meeting
