Encourage students to apply at least one of the critical variables: Political, Military, Economic, Social, Information, Infrastructure, Physical Environment and Time (PMESII-PT). INSTRUCTIONAL GUIDANCE. NOTE: Purpose of the Reserve Component (RC) Total Integration Office brief is to introduce and orientate BOLC students to the Army Reserve (USAR) and Army National Guard (ARNG). Too articulate the strategic and operational significance of the RC HR professional in regards to the AG/HR profession. MOTIVATOR: This brief provides an overview of AG school initiatives, projects and staff while promoting total force integration within AG training development, curriculum development, proponency, doctrine development, and combat capability development analysis and projects. Lastly, the brief provides a point of contact for RC component students who may require senior mentorship, guidance, and/or assistance throughout their tenure while attending BOLC. 2 Terminal Learning Objective
ACTION: Conduct a Task Force Integrator Officer Brief CONDITIONS: In a classroom environment, given State (Title 32) & Federal (Title 10) and Federal (Title 10 Force), DA Pam 600-3, and awareness of Operational Environment (OE) variables and actors. STANDARDS: With a minimum of 70% accuracy, student will have met the standards when they accurately: 1. Communicate United States Army Reserve (USAR) Organizational Structure. 2. Communicate Army National Guard (ARNG) Organizational Structure Identify Reserve Component Human Resources (SRC 12) Units (COMPO 2/3). SHOW SLIDE 2: TERMINAL LEARNING OBJECTIVES 21st CENTURY SOLDIER COMPETENCIES STATEMENT: This lesson covers the following 21st Century Soldier Competencies: Character and Accountability Comprehensive Fitness Adaptability and Initiative Lifelong Learner (includes digital literacy) Teamwork and Collaboration Communication and Engagement Culture and Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental and Multinational Competence Tactical and Technical Competence (full spectrum capable) SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: In a training environment, leaders must perform a risk assessment in accordance with DA PAM , Risk Management. Leaders will complete a DD Form 2977 Deliberate Risk Assessment Worksheet during the planning and completion of each task and sub-task by assessing mission, enemy, terrain and weather, troops and support available-time available and civil considerations, (METT-TC). Local policies and procedures must be followed during times of increased heat category in order to avoid heat related injury. Consider the work/rest cycles and water replacement guidelines IAW TRADOC Regulation Everyone is responsible for safety. No food or drink is allowed near or around electrical equipment (CPU, file servers, printers, projectors, etc.) due to possible electrical shock or damage to equipment.  Exercise care in personal movement in and through such areas.  Avoid all electrical cords and associated wiring.  In event of electrical storm, you will be instructed to power down equipment. RISK ASSESSMENT LEVEL: Low ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS: Environmental protection is not just the law but the right thing to do. It is a continual process and starts with deliberate planning. Always be alert to ways to protect our environment during training and missions. In doing so, you will contribute to the sustainment of our training resources while protecting people and the environment from harmful effects. Refer to FM Environmental Considerations and GTA ENVIRONMENTAL-RELATED RISK ASSESSMENT. Instructional Guidance: Before presenting this lesson, instructors must thoroughly prepare by studying this lesson and identified reference materials. Throughout this lesson, solicit from students the challenges they experienced in the operational environment (OE) and what they did to resolve them.
