4 Upload the return

5 Upload is finished, enter Client ID and ERO/Signer, click Submit

6 Tax return submitted successfully

7 Under All Assignments, record has been added

8 Under Actions, click Process Return

9 Confirm client details from tax return, click Finished

10 Taxpayer match is found, click Confirm

11 Deliver to taxpayer

12 Taxpayer: Notification email is received

13 Taxpayer: Enters last 4 of SSN and verification number

14 Taxpayer: Landing page, click Let’s Get Started

15 Taxpayer: Can download tax documents

16 Taxpayer: Verifies DOB and consents to e-sign

17 Taxpayer: Signs document

18 Taxpayer: Signing is complete

19 Taxpayer: Receives payment details, click Done

20 Taxpayer: Has completed all required steps

21 Before uploading return from SafeSend

22 Uploaded tax return from SafeSend

23 Uploaded tax payments from SafeSend

24 E-sign document uploaded from SafeSend
