Guidelines to Refilling a Position
No Contact HR to approve appropriate pay rate Submit a position request form and draft advertisement Forward position request and advertisement to HR for posting HR forwards resumes to dept. for consideration Department conducts interviews Dept. determines appropriate candidate HR or Dept checks references Dept. makes conditional offer Contact HR and send resume of chosen applicant to forward background check information Work with CFO to identify appropriate funds Candidate completes forms and returns to HR for processing HR forwards documents processing Results are returned and HR notifies department HR creates offer letter and sends to supervisor HR forwards offer letter to candidate Candidate signs letter and HR contacts for onboarding HR forwards all appropriate information to candidate Onboarding meeting is scheduled with employee Yes Background Check results may take up to 10 business days to receive. Candidate cannot begin work until favorable results are received.
