Health and Wellness programming focuses on mental health through policies that help employees find positive work-life balance. Greater work-life balance increases productivity and encourages employee retention.

3 Town of Bennett Health and Wellness
Policies Include: Floating Paid Holiday and Sick Leave Flexibility 8 hour holiday that can be used at employee’s discretion. Accommodates birthdays, non-calendared holidays, and mental health days. 80 hours of yearly sick leave can be used toward personal and family appointments. Flex Schedules Allows employees to prioritize different areas of their life when needed. 40 hour work week Employees and supervisors set the schedule.

Infant to Work Policy Newborns allowed at work up to 6 months with possible extension. Policy can be used by both male and female employees. Allows employees to prioritize family and builds comradery. Paid Volunteer Time Provides flexibility for employees to contribute time to their community. Weekly Yoga/Meditation Class Takes place at the office. Employees paid during that hour of participation.
