This is the Barangay Project Plan that we prepared last month. You should now have added the update since last month in the column for eFDS 13, reporting on what has happened during the past month. If nothing has happened for the task since the last month, just put an “x”. Leave the column for eFDS 14 blank. In the same way, you will fill up the update for eFDS 14 before the next eFDS.
Through this form, you are learning how to keep track and monitor a project.

At the end of each presentation, the audience can ask questions or give comments and suggestions. Please remember how we give feedback (sandwich method). The filled up scorecard will be given to the PL presenter.
