7 Leading EDGE Leadership skill is low, so leader is spending a good amount of time explaining how to get things done Frustration ensues (storming) and leader jumps in to demonstrate what success looks like. Provides encouragement. Progress is made and team members become more skilled. Leader provides guidance and refines relationships and deals with grumblings here and there. Team operates like a well oiled machine—performing with success. Servant leadership abounds.
