Rotarian Spotlight: Boo (Mary) Elmore Boo is married to Warren Rice in Hanover Rotary. Her specialties include program development, marketing, community partnership & special fund development event planning, grantsmanship. She particularly enjoys working with not-for-profit boards. She is a Past: Club Pres, Area Governor and District Chair for RYLA. In 2008, she served as the GSE Team Leader to the Philippines. Currently she serves on the Rotary Alumni Board, is the 7600 District Chair of RLI, has extensive experience with the YMCA and is a Community Specialist for Girl Scouts of the Commonwealth of VA.
