Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy

3. Precalculus-Statistics
Sequenced after successful completion of Geometry and Algebra 2 courses
Prerequisite for IB Math SL (Calculus) course
Necessary for successful Math SAT II Subject Test

Linear, quadratics, inverse, polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic (analytic and graphic approaches); sequences and series*
Circular functions and trigonometry
All trigonometric functions (analytic and graphic approaches)
Vectors
2D, 3D, applications – in higher extent
Statistics and probability – selected chapters in the textbook

Late work / missing assignments are accepted as per district policy – 10% grade reduction per calendar day

7. Daily assignments Homework Assigned every night
Will be checked and all questions addressed every day

8. Extra Help – Office Hours
Offered during lunch at least 2 times a week
Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Friday in rm 218
Also by an appointment – per student request
Mandatory if grade is below a 77
(Pupil Improvement Plan will be implemented)
