3 Comprehensive development roadmap
Note: For “Line Leader” work, need to follow the working schedule of production line. Technical Supporting Team at Mfg dept (3~ 6 months): Overall product category, support to handle quality issue at production line, etc,. Line Leader (12~ 36 months): On-site manage production line: processing, quality, engineering, manpower, etc,. Technical department training (2~ 3 months): Learn know-how of the working post – processing, method, tooling, etc,. Working independently (…….): On-site position working then internal promotion: Technician → Assistant Engineer → Engineer → Senior Engineer → Supervisor → Senior Supervisor → ……

4 JD: Line Leader Maintenance production processing: manpower, machine, material, method, environment. Manufacturing data collection and analysis. Emergency processing manufacturing issues. Support to Technical Supporting Engineer on product quality issue analysis and carry out countermeasures. 6S management and improvement of production line.

5 Targeted Development - R&D field
Note: For “Laboratory Technician” work, need to follow the working schedule of Lab. Laboratory Technician (12 ~ 24 months): Prototype making, component/product testing, product validation, etc,. Technician (6 ~ 12 months): Supporting to Engineering on drawing, sample making, validation, etc,. Assistant Engineer (12~ 24 months): Work independently, support to Engineer on technical/quality issues, etc,. Engineer (…….): Responsible for project independently. Internal promotion: Engineering → Senior Engineering → Supervisor → Senior Supervisor → ……

6 JD: Laboratory Technician
Check all necessary elements of prototype: drawing, CP, DFMEA, fixture, material, etc,. Follow the processing to prototype, responsible for the quality and technical issues. Technical support on prototype making. Supporting to DV trial run at production line. Supporting to dimension inspection, endurance test etc,. 6S management and improvement of prototype workshop.

7 Targeted Development - Mechanical & Electrical field
Note: For “Mechanic” work, need to follow the working schedule of production line. Mechanic (12 ~ 24 months): On-line machine repair, maintenance, etc,. Technician (6 ~ 12 months): Supporting to Engineering on equipment capability improvement, maintenance etc,. Assistant Engineer (12~ 24 months): Work independently, support to Engineer on technical/quality issues, etc,. Engineer (…….): Responsible for project independently. Internal promotion: Engineering → Senior Engineering → Supervisor → Senior Supervisor → ……

8 JD: Mechanic Machine maintenance, repair.
Train the on-site operator to use the equipment correctly. On-line fixture validation, maintenance. Change over processing fixture at right time. Electro circuit, gas circuit assembly and maintenance. Support to Machine Engineer on equipment validation, set up equipment manual, equipment improvement.
