We can fix the technology easily enough, it’s the organisational/operational integration and expediting of procurement that’s key.
Providing sufficiently large contract areas to give minimal points of contact and economies of scale is important, for example procurement and operations on a combined authority level.
Regional, Metropolitan and Combined Authority level working makes sense to us as Local Authorities.
