2 Dear Teachers, I'll give you a formula that everyone can implement in order to transform the performance of your "company" / your class / and raise it to a much higher level of prosperity and fruitfulness.   It is important to make it accessible to many people, so you must promise to become conductor of this formula or ancient wisdom.

3 Every morning before I enter he the school building, I leave my ego at the front door, because for me it is very important to work well, to support colleagues and students, and to show true leadership.

4 Leaders do things that losers do not want to - although they might not like doing it.

5 The Ten Human Regrets 1. You reach your last day and the brilliant song that is supposed to be your life has remained unsung inside.

6 2. You reach your last day but you’ve never used the natural force in you to do great things and achieve higher goals.

7 3. You reach your last day and you realize that you’ve never inspired another person by example.

8 4. You reach your last day and realize that you’ve never taken bold risks and never reaped the glorious rewards.

9 5. You reach your last day and you realize that you’ve missed your chance for perfection because you believed the lie that you have to settle for mediocrity.

10 6. You reach your last day with a broken heart because you’ve never mastered the ability to turn adversity into victory and lead into gold.

11 7. You reach your last day filled with regret because you’ve forgotten that in your job you had to help others, not just yourself.

12 8. You reach your last day with the feeling that you have lived the life that society has trained you to live, not the life that you truly wanted to live.

13 9. You reach your last day and realize that you haven’t made the best talents, nor touched the special genius that is embedded in you.

14 10. You reach your last day and discover that you could have become a leader and let the world much more better than you found it. But you refused to accept this mission, simply because you were very afraid. That's why you failed and wasted your life.

15 When we remember how short life is, we free ourselves of nonessential things and focus on what matters most. To realize that one day you will die, is a powerful tool to change your mind and awaken the leader in you. The change must be made emotionally rather than mentally.

16 Let’s turn the Ten Human regrets into Ten Human Victories.

17 All this begins inside with self-discipline to be your own leader and to know yourself. There is nothing noble in being superior to some other person. The true nobility is in being superior to your previous self. Ancient Indian Proverb

18 Imagine a glass of water in which you are trying to pour more water
Imagine a glass of water in which you are trying to pour more water. Yes, I know it does not work. What if this cup is You? The solution is very simple - empty the glass and open to new knowledge.

19 True leadership begins from within
True leadership begins from within. We see the world not as it is, but as we are. Anything less than a conscious desire for maximum personal achievement is the unconscious desire to weak personal achievements. Do not settle for mediocre when you can achieve perfection.

20 People who feel wonderful, achieve great results.
Every person on this planet has the ability to be excited and motivated by something. People naturally flee from pain and seek pleasure. Prospective leaders/teachers find ways to link pleasure to the daily work of their employees/students with the ultimate goal to which they aspire. People who feel wonderful, achieve great results.

21 The wisdom of the great leader
1. Inspire people for compelling cause that contributes to the lives of others. Show your employees/students that you care about their well-being. Focus on the release of human talent and potential. Conduct with integrity, character and courage.

22 2. Control mind, lead with heart
2. Control mind, lead with heart. Enrich your relationships with people, keep your promises, listen aggressively, be empathetic, and always tell the truth. To conquer the hearts of people you have to listen with the intent to understand, not with the intent to reply. Become "aggressive listeners."

23 How to become "aggressive listener": A) Ask open-ended questions
How to become "aggressive listener": A) Ask open-ended questions. "What do you enjoy doing?" What do you care? "," What would you do if you ran the company? B) Summarize and paraphrase briefly heard. This way you will know what others have said and that they feel understood. C) Take notes. Imagine what your employees/students will think seeing with a pen and recording their words. ;

24 Prospective leaders combine humanity with courage
Prospective leaders combine humanity with courage. Dictatorial style inevitably leads to one of the two results: people either fear or begin to rebel. Florence Nightingale stated it most accurately: "How very little can be done under the spirit of fear?

25 3. Reward routinely, recognize consistently
3. Reward routinely, recognize consistently. Reward your employees/students and recognize their contributions regularly. Be sincere in your praise. In return, you will always get more than you give them.

26 How to achieve this. A) Look for those who do a good job
How to achieve this? A) Look for those who do a good job. Most of the people go to bed every night hungry for a little recognition and sincere appreciation for their efforts. If they feel valued, employees produce better results. Praise must be specific, immediate, sincere and to be made in public. B) Create a wall of victory and achievements. C) Make a team tradition.

27 Thank you for the time you dedicated to me
Thank you for the time you dedicated to me. Before we part, let us celebrate your achievements for the previous month and lay the foundations of a change.
